Bible Software
E-sword is an extremely useful piece of software for studying the Bible and is available for free
ScriptureDirect is a great asset in studying the New Testament. It includes the original Greek together with a fresh translation, but what makes this software unusual is that Greek words are explained according to Meaning. This means, that you can look up a word and not just see the range of meanings it has, but what it actually means in that verse, in that context. It also enables you to move from that word to other occurences of the same word, with the same meaning, in other Bible passages. A great (and I think unique) tool for those who want to study the NT. This programme is linked in it's layout of the Bible passages and with its other tools to the Veritas College training course. There is also a great little video that you can view that gives an inventive way of looking at understanding the Bible. I would use the video alone with people to help them to see how we get to grips with the message of the Bible. Great bit of software for around £100.
