Our major time to investigate Christianity (which is really Jesus Christ) is on Sundays. We aim to explain the Bible’s message in a relevant and interesting way so that we can see who God is, and how we should respond to Him.We meet at 10:15am and 6:30pm in Bay House School. If you are considering visiting us as a church we would recommend that you come along to the morning service. We tend to work through themes or sections of the Bible to give consistent teaching that builds week on week. Many, including our visitors, find this helpful in their daily lives. In addition, we sometimes have guest speakers.
The first Sunday of every month is our ‘Pray Today’ service and all ages are invited to attend and pray together in a relaxed environment. The prayer service starts at the slightly earlier time of 5:30pm.
As we regularly have newcomers with us, we aim to make everything accessible and jargon free. Children are very welcome and a crèche is provided (Adventurers). There are also age specific groups for children up to age 16 (J-Club, Ignite, Tribe).
Should you come along, you’ll find that we sing, using the best of old and more modern songs; we explain the message of the Bible, and we have time to chat afterwards. All of this is in an informal setting where we seek to encounter God, and support each other.
