Colin Dyer (pastor) joined the church in 2002 from Fetcham Community Church in Surrey.  He worked part-time for that church for some 7 years and was also a printer. He is particularly responsible for heading up the leadership team and is involved regularly in the teaching and pastoral care ministry. Colin and his wife Carol have four young boys. David Stanford (pastor) joined AEC in 2007 and he heads up a team working with Solent Evangelical Church. He is also involved with AEC and with the teenage youth work. Previously, David worked as an Electronic Engineer as well as being part-time as a leader at Fetcham Community Church in Surrey. He is married to Michelle and they have three girls. Martin Cooper, married to Naomi, is a full-time GP in Gosport with two grown sons. The family moved to Gosport in 1994 after spending seven years in Zambia where Martin was a medical missionary. Martin is particularly involved in overseeing the Missionary interests and vision of the Church.

David Wiltshire is married to Joan and has three daughters. He works at Portsmouth University having trained as an engineer. David is involved with the Seafield Sunday Club in Old Road, Gosport.
